These Terms and Conditions apply to everyone who joins the SBMA Global CV Pool operated by Strategic Business Management Agency Limited (“SBMA”), Port of Spain, Trinidad and Tobago.
1. Purpose
The SBMA Global CV Pool is a register of professionals whom SBMA may propose for client assignments, proposals, tenders and engagements. Joining the pool is free.
2. No guarantee of work
Joining the pool does not guarantee that you will be proposed for, selected for, or offered any engagement.
3. Accurate information
You confirm that all information and documents you submit are true, complete and your own. SBMA may remove any applicant who provides false or misleading information.
4. Use of your CV
Your CV will be used as set out in the Curriculum Vitae Authorisation and Consultant Consent you sign, which forms part of these Terms.
5. Engagement terms
Role, fees, duration and deliverables for any engagement are agreed separately in writing before work begins.
6. Confidentiality and non-circumvention
Clauses 3 and 4 of the consent apply to every opportunity SBMA introduces to you.
7. Keeping your record current
You agree to update SBMA when your CV, contact details or availability change. SBMA may ask you to reconfirm your details periodically and may archive records that are not reconfirmed.
8. Withdrawal
You may leave the pool at any time by emailing info@sbmaglobal.com. SBMA will delete or archive your record within 30 days, except where it must keep information that already forms part of a submitted proposal.
9. Data protection
SBMA handles your information in line with its Privacy Policy and the data protection laws that apply to you.
10. Changes
SBMA may update these Terms. The version you accepted is recorded with your submission.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago.
